Banque Raiffeisen celebrates 100 years
In 2026, Banque Raiffeisen marks a remarkable milestone: a century of cooperative banking and commitment to Luxembourg.
Founded in 1926 to meet the financial needs of the country’s rural communities, the bank has grown into Luxembourg’s leading cooperative bank and an established player in the national economy, while maintaining close relationships with its clients and communities.
A centenary brought to life at the Rockhal
On 12 February 2026, Banque Raiffeisen gathered guests at the Rockhal to commemorate this special occasion.
The celebration brought together the people who have contributed to the bank’s journey and highlighted the principles that continue to shape its identity: proximity, responsibility, trust and cooperation.
The evening also looked ahead. Banque Raiffeisen introduced its new commitment, “All about you”, reaffirming the importance of its clients and relationships as it enters its next chapter.
