🌍 Luxembourg joined 1,500+ #MeetingsIndustry professionals at #ICCACongress25 in Porto, an inspiring edition dedicated to human connection, inclusion, and lasting community impact.

✨ This year’s theme, “Charting the Course”, explored how #BusinessEvents connect with people and places, while the CSR programme turned these values into action through five initiatives co-created with local organisations supporting #inclusion, youth empowerment, and social innovation.

Our team from the #LuxembourgConventionBureau — Dr. Bettina Bunge, CEO, Lina Ostapchuk, CICE, Association Business Events Manager and Chair of ICCA France Benelux, and Tiziana Caruso, CICE Caruso, Business Development Manager — joined the Luxembourg delegation alongside Antje V. and Martine Voss from the Luxembourg City Tourist Office, Christophe Desenfans from LUXEXPO THE BOX, and Lise GRESNIK DELAUNAY from the European Convention Center Luxembourg (ECCL).

🤝 We also participated in a hands-on workshop with Lina Ostapchuk, where we collaborated with #disability organisations to design inclusive sensory zones for hypersensitive attendees. All delegates contributed 'gifts of love' for Porto's homeless community in partnership with the NGO CAIS.
